Is the Seller Portal the same account as my Twooing app?
Yes. Sign in with the same Google account you use in the Twooing app. Your shop, products, orders and money are the same in both — a change made in one shows in the other.
I do not have a shop on Twooing yet. Can I start here?
Yes. Sign in with Google, fill in your profile and your shop details, and your shop is listed — the same steps as in the app. Twooing then reviews it; sending your documents and a real shop photo speeds that up.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The portal works in any modern browser — Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox — on a computer, a tablet or a phone. You can add it to your home screen to open it like an app.
Will I still get orders on my phone?
Yes. The portal does not change anything on your phone. Use both together: the portal also rings in your browser and can show a desktop notification for every new order.
How is my money kept safe?
Sign-in is by Google. Withdrawals and bank changes need a fresh Google confirmation, bank numbers are never shown in full, your account can only reach your own shop, and every change is written to an activity log you can read.
Can my staff use it?
The portal signs in with the shop owner’s Google account, so share it only with people you trust. Every signed-in computer is listed in Account & security, and you can sign any of them out.
Which languages does it support?
English, Hindi and Bengali. Every screen and every tutorial switches together.
What does it cost?
The portal is part of selling on Twooing. Twooing’s fees are the same whether you use the app or the portal — they are set by your seller agreement.
